Let it Ride Pay Tables
Pay tables determine how much you win at the Let 'Em Ride tables, based on your hand. Here is a standard pay table for Let it Ride games:

Most players bet far too much at the Let 'Em Ride tables, and thus increase the house edge considerably. This is because most casinos have a maximum payout per hand. For example, at some casinos the maximum payout on any Let 'Em Ride hand is $75,000 (excluding progressive Let 'Em Ride games).
If that was the case, you would never want to bet more than $25 (based on the pay table above). If you bet more than $25 you would be giving up money due to the cap. Imagine you bet $50, were dealt A-K-Q of hearts, raised another $50, were dealt the J of hearts, raised another $50, and then received the T of hearts. You have a total bet of $150.
This gives you the royal flush which, according to the pay table above, should pay out $150,000 ($150 total bet x 1,000:1 payout). However, you would only receive $75,000 because of the maximum payout rule. You should never bet more than the maximum bet divided by 3,000, or you are increasing the house edge before you even play.
How to Play Your Let 'Em Ride Hand
Now that you know how much to bet, we will explain exactly how to play every hand for maximum value.
When you have three cards, you should only raise if you have:
- A paying hand (pair of tens or higher, or three of a kind) OR
- Three to a royal flush OR
- Three suited connectors (except 2-3-4 or A-2-3) OR
- Three to a straight flush across a four card spread w/ at least one high card (ten or higher) - an example of this hand would be 8-9-J of hearts OR
- Three to a straight flush across a five card spread w/ at least two high cards (ten or higher) - an example of this hand would be 9-J-K of hearts.
Once you have four cards, you should only raise if you have:
- A paying hand (pair of tens or higher, two pair, or three of a kind) OR
- Four to a royal flush OR
- Four to a straight flush OR
- Four to a flush OR
- Four to an outside straight OR
- Four to an inside straight with four high cards (ten or higher).

Let 'Em Ride Progressive Bets
This is easy - NEVER take the progressive bet. This is the $1 side bet that allows you to receive extra payouts if you hit a big hand. It is always a sucker bet, so avoid it.
